Although I have many faces and names, my essence never changes. I am your loving mother now and forever. I have always been with you even when you have felt alone. I am with you in the darkness as well as the light. I am even with you when things don’t seem to be going your way. No matter what you’re going through, have faith that I’m here with you always.
As your mother, I have your happiness and comfort at the centre of my world. With my light in your life, great spiritual power and peace are yours. You are also a being of light. Through embracing your spiritual self, you will actively help free others from distrust and fear into a place of love, selflessness and pure joy. You radiate divinity, my child even in the darkness of the night!
What you need to know
Of course, it can be incredibly easy to sense Our Lady’s presence when she shows us her light face. Then, we feel her charity, gentle energy and compassion. However, what becomes more challenging is to sense her presence when her face is not so light. We can sense this when we experience loss, hate, detachment , death and other negative emotions. Even when we face our inner demons as we struggle to stay afloat, she is with us. Her dark face is just as loving as her light one.
Sometimes known as the Black Madonna, the dark face of Mother Mary brings hope to us all. For you see, even as you experience upset and despair, you are safe in her loving arms. She grants you unconditional light both in the present and in the future. We need her so much so she is here to answer our prayers. Know that she is holding you in her loving arms as you feel then release your emotions in safety.
Prayer for healing
As you sit quietly, imagine a beautiful waterfall of light flowing before your eyes. A beautiful black face slowly emerges, mentally urging you to release your pain. In her liquid, black eyes you see the suffering of the world yet you know instinctively that everything is going to be okay.Allow yourself to send her pure love as you feel it in return as you say aloud, “Our Lady of the Dark Mysteries, I am so thankful for every one of your blessings as well as your joy and hope!
You are Our Lady of the Dark Mysteries. You work in ways that I may not understand. However, you always do your very best for me! I wish to serve your wisdom as I live this life with empowered love, grace and intelligence. I ask for you to bless me, my dear Mother. Work through me so that I bless the world in every way I can. I ask for your guidance and help so that I may serve your will.”
