Mother Mary’s message for you
My child, I recognise just how hard you have been working of late. You have been burning the candle at both ends so it is no wonder you have come to me today looking for sweet rest. And, there is no need for you to worry about anything now because you can find your refuge with me.
I am taking care of you now just like I always have. I know that you have been struggling so much. Listen to me now when I say that you do not have to do this anymore. So, please just relax now, empty your mind and lie back if you feel like it. It’s not selfish to self care. Perhaps this should be your new motto!
What you need to know
Turn off your brain and give yourself a break for a bit; it will all work out just like it is supposed to when the time comes. Mother Mary wishes to assist you with unwinding and calming down. Because you are concentrating so intently on everything that you want to take place, you are, in a sense, inhibiting the natural progression of events from going ahead.
It would,therefore, be a good idea for you to hand over any project or worry that you have to Our Lady, secure in the knowledge that everything will be taken care of. Remember what you’ve accomplished up to this point and the countless gifts that have been bestowed upon you. Instead of stressing about the future, you should focus on taking the time to take care of and spoil yourself, as well as beginning to engage in more of the activities that feed your spirit.
Prayer for healing
“Hear my petitions, Our Lady of Sweet Rest, as I remember your affection and love for your children. Your intervention calms my heart and thoughts. In the face of our worldly troubles, we find comfort in you. You embody the calm assurance of powerful spirit, always protecting your children.
In our cosmos, the most powerful forces are love and kindness. Infinite methods of expressing it may be found in everything. I have found love in myself and through you, my Mother. I pray that you let me rest in your loving arms always!”
