Life on earth will never be perfect. Life will always subject you to troubles and temptations on a daily basis.  Along the way in your life journey, you have made poor decisions and choices. You have made mistakes in your life that are weighing you down. The sins and mistakes you have committed are drowning you into guilt and darkness. You are unable to move past the choices you made. You are a prisoner of the trauma of certain events that happened in your life.  Do not allow the traumatic events to define who you are.

My child, why do you delay my plans for you by holding onto the past? Why do you beat yourself up for a mistake or sin that was paid for a long time ago on the cross by the precious blood of Jesus? Do you not know that you are free and saved?

Beloved, you are redeemed from sin, I have completely forgiven you and forgotten your sins. By my mercy, compassion, and love for you, I gave up my own son so that your sins may be forgiven and freed from its bondage. You are saved and redeemed by the precious blood of Jesus. It is your turn to let go of the guilt and forgive yourself so that you may experience a new life in me through Christ. Not only are you free from your sins but from those bad habits you have, the negative emotions you feel, the trauma of the past, generally your entire life is renewed by my salvation. For example, you might have been a victim of sexual abuse, the trauma of the abuse burdens you that you are unable to move past it. I understand that it is difficult but by embracing a new life in Christ, you shall find the courage and strength to let go of the trauma. 

Embrace change by embracing the new life in Christ. It is time for you to stop being a victim of your past trauma and sins. You have a new identity and the old identity does not define you anymore. Replace your old thoughts and behavior with new ones. You are victorious in your new life. You are renewed, you are a child of God.

Embrace and maintain the newfound life in Christ by feeding yourself and your faith in my word, obeying my commands, living in accordance with my teachings, and living righteously.  Refrain from worldly pleasures as they will snatch away your newfound life in me and poison your soul, mind, and body. Avoid the desires of the flesh as they shall bring upon you destruction. Living by the ways of the world, shall result in a fallout with me and take you back to your old self.

Beloved, always pray for forgiveness of sins to maintain your salvation. That I may give you the courage to let go of the guilt and forgive yourself so that you may experience the joy and peace in my salvation. That I may protect you from falling prey to the enemy.
