Try not to empower your worries by giving them more than a fleeting consideration. Concentrate on the present moment, not on the past. Align with your own reality as that is the time you are nearest to me.

There are to be numerous changes coming in around you soon. You can certainly handle and even welcome these because your energy frequency is increasing. So, you might discover that areas of life that formerly piqued your attention no longer do. You may also be tempted to try activities that are far outside of your regular normal routine and that’s fine!
