Mother Mary’s message for you
I am your mother and I will always be your companion throughout your journey. You are my most cherished one. Because I am your shelter, you will always feel safe in my arms. You’ll never again feel neglected or lonely. You always have a safe haven with me to seek refuge when you need it.
You are free to give over your anxieties as well as your fears to me. You are completely adored. As I embrace you now, feel safe and warm. You are free to do whatever you choose. Anything is possible if you put your mind to it. I have faith in you! Just pray to me while opening your heart. I will supply you with the help you require!
What you need to know
There are often times on your journey when you outgrow your former safety nets. This is natural and it’s okay. Life would certainly be boring if we just ambled along doing all the same things forever. So, don’t worry if you feel that things are not quite right at the moment. You are growing rapidly.
You are in the midst of a transitional period of your life. Now is a time of excitement but change can also be frightening so don’t put too much pressure on yourself. Mother Mary is holding your hand as you go through these changes. She reminds you that you always have a home with her.
Prayer for healing
In order to get back on track in terms of your healing, you must concentrate on your own needs. To help this along, imagine yourself immersed in beautiful blue light. You then notice glittering little ‘stars’ of dazzling white scattered among the blue. This is our Heavenly Mother’s garment! Enjoy the sensation of her cloak of pure light and love surrounding you! You feel so warm and protected. Go with your feelings if you’re feeling vulnerable right now. Regardless of what these are, let them all out. You are safe and sound.
When you are ready, take seven calm breaths in and out before praying to Mother Mary. “I seek divine wisdom, assistance, and security from Our Lady of the Sacred Hearth. Guide and protect me in all my endeavours. As I glimpse the brightness of a completely fresh bright day, hold me tight in your arms. Guide me to live my life to the best of my ability while serving you!”
