Mother Mary’s message for you
You are my cherished child, therefore I want to be close to you. Do you know that I live within your heart? I always have done. In fact, I always will. Even when you feel so incredibly alone, have faith that I am still here with you. You see, I am your inner voice that lets you know that everything is going to be fine.
I am the knoweldge within your heart that allows you to be yourself as you learn to trust. Because I am always with you, know that every single prayer you say is heard. Can you feel that sense of joy building in your heart? If you can’t yet detect it, you soon will because your answered prayers are unfolding. They’re taking shape!
What you need to know
Although it may sound strange, the clearest guidance isn’t always that which is the loudest. You see, doubts and fears yell out to you whereas trust, love and faith whisper to you from deep within your heart and soul. The key here is for you to have the faith to trust that everything will work out for you. Even when those around you have doubts, enjoy that little voice within saying that everything will be okay!
It’s important for you to know now that the innermost truths of your heart are so much stronger than any of your fears and worries. Your heart only ever tells the truth. For this reason, you always know what is true and what is simply your fears taking over. Although it often takes courage to follow the wisdom of your heart, know that you can do this!
Prayer for healing
Find a quiet space where you can sit with your hands over your heart without being disturbed. Feel love and acceptance of yourself. If you feel like smiling as you do this, then feel free! When you feel ready, say the following prayer to yourself, “Everything my heart knows and feels is deeply sacred. These feelings are the fuel that I need to grow and to change as I should. I ask for Our Lady’s grace to help me to honour my own personal truth today and every day.”
Feel your heart, your mind and your body working in perfect harmony with each other as you envision beautiful colourful waves of light flowing from your chest. There are not rights or wrongs in terms of these hues so just go with the flow and see what happens. You may feel great waves of emotion or perhaps you will receive some spiritual guidance. Maybe you won’t feel much at all. If not, don’t worry. Simply enjoy and accept whatever spiritual experience and communication that’s coming to you!
