Today’s Devotional

"My Child, I am calling unto you to attend my classes and acquire spiritual knowledge to help you navigate through life easily..."

Attend My Classes

The best way to be successful if you are learning is to attend your classes. It is in a class that you will receive the guidance and direction you need. By attending all classes, you will not miss any important information, you will also think clearly about the topics you learn and you will be better prepared for tests. When you regularly go to classes, the class interactions will help you build a healthy network, and even after school is done, you will have a lot of skills to offer the world.

My child, everything is about learning and you have to make a conscious decision to attend the classes. There are many times you have been put in situations that require your attention, immediately it feels uncomfortable, you have chosen to leave. Once you leave these classes halfway, you miss out on what I’m trying to teach you and at some point, you may have to go through it all over again. When you attend classes, you will have better knowledge and understanding of how to handle future situations. I have allowed you to experience some things so that you can direct my other children who get lost along the way.

Precious one, I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go from now if you let me. With my loving eye on you, I will counsel you. Be more patient even when you don’t understand the lessons I’m trying to teach you, step by step, things will unravel before your eyes and you will get more knowledge on it. I cannot promise you that all classes will be comfortable, they will need you to sacrifice and unlearn things that are not helpful. Endure beloved, and let your wisdom increase.

Classes Create Discipline.

Classes have to be attended by students without failure unless something else that is important happens. Students are given increasing amounts of responsibility with each class they upgrade to. It is a student’s duty to manage their time and create their own success, this leads to self-discipline for those who successfully complete their classes. When you attend classes continually you become tuned to the schedule and you do not wait to be directed in any manner.  Schools have shaped students to be more responsible citizens later on.

Beloved, all discipline is necessary to train you towards righteousness.  You tend to ask why things start going wrong when you continuously involve yourself in a life of sinfulness. You may think it is unfair because everyone else is having their way, and all seems to flow just alright. Remember that those whom I love I discipline and rebuke. So always be careful to walk right and repent.  You may not like to be disciplined, but when I do it, I do it from a place of love. Love is what drives me to want you to live a purposeful life.

Take these as classes that create discipline, and choose to become better, so that you can move forward in knowing my will for you. I will lead you and teach you, so that you may always turn from sin and move towards being holy. Do not be afraid that I will leave you to harm when you go wrong. You are blessed because I correct you, do not despise my discipline. When you get wounded I will bind you up, and when you get injured my hands will heal you.

Reflect on These Words Today

“A rod and a reprimand impart wisdom, but a child left undisciplined disgraces its mother”

(Proverbs 29:15)
